Are you ready to reclaim your energy and renew your soul?
The Cumberland Island Retreat is waiting for you.
Have you ever been so paralyzed by choice that you couldn’t even make a simple decision, like what to eat for dinner?
The overwhelm in your life seeped into your bones so deep, so completely, that you’re standing in the kitchen again simply thinking…
You don’t even bother to open the refrigerator door because you’ll just waste the energy. You’ve seen what ingredients you have twenty times over, but you just cannot make yourself pick something to eat.
Logically, you know you just need to pick something. You’ll feel better once you eat, once you give your body nourishment. But, in the back of your mind you’re worried you’ll make the wrong decision. And being this worried about picking the wrong meal starts to make you realize this isn’t really about what to make for dinner…
It’s really about your never ending to-do list, whether or not your budget is balanced this month, the person that cut you off on the road earlier, the big life choice you have to finalize by the end of the week, the decisions you make that impact others, if your boss secretly hates you because they don’t use exclamation marks, our current political climate, grocery prices, and whether your pet is truly happy…to name a few.
So, you leave the kitchen frustrated and head straight back to the task you abandoned when your grumbling stomach became too loud to ignore.
“Maybe in another five minutes I’ll know what I want.”
…Sure, somehow magically your overcrowded, overburdened, overworked, and overstimulated nervous system will reset itself in five minutes. “Who needs logic when you have blind hope?” you think to yourself.
As your chuckle subsides, you let yourself wonder…
“What would happen if I let myself reset?” Truly reset, not in a scheduled or time-regimented way but in a way that allowed your body to deeply restore itself, your nervous system to decompress in peace, and your soul to replenish its creative energy.
“I need a vacation,” you think. But not just whatever the next flight is leaving out of your town. You know you’ll come back relaxed but quickly fall into the same patterns and end up in the same place you are now…
“I need to find a quiet place, somewhere deep in nature, where the power of the Earth can hold my troubles when I lay them down. Where I can let the sea breeze lift the pressure off my shoulders, large oak trees shade me from external expectations, and sand ground me in the present moment.”
Cumberland Island’s sandy-white shores are waiting to embrace you.

Hey there! I’m Brieanah, your guide on this journey.
By trade, I’m a storyteller, strategist, and animal advocate. I help purpose-driven brands and entrepreneurs grow their impact through ethical marketing and powerful storytelling. But this retreat isn’t about strategy or structure—it’s about soul.
It’s about remembering who we are beneath the noise.
This retreat was born from my own journey through burnout, grief, growth, and rediscovery. Everything I’ve experienced isn’t unique, especially now. But that’s the beauty of it. Because healing happens in community.
The retreat is rooted in my belief that we’re not meant to go through the ups and downs of life alone. And, that we remember who we are in quiet, sacred places like Cumberland Island.
Cumberland Island is a deeply sacred place for me. My late mother and I used to visit together before she passed away. We shared a love for wild spaces, nature, and, of course, horses. So, Cumberland Island quickly became an escape for us.
Since her passing, the island has become somewhere I could go to feel closer to her, remember our adventures, and reinvigorate my soul with renewed energy and determination.
And it’s been a dream of mine to be able to share this special place with more people who could benefit from its healing magic.
When you join me for Spring Solstice 2026, my hope for you is simply this: Come as you are. Leave more fully you.
My first women’s retreat changed me forever…
If you’re anything like me, your mind is your to-do list. It’s constantly running, with an untold number of tabs open, and one of those tabs definitely has a video that is buffering…poorly.
When someone tells you to relax, your mind goes into overdrive, determined to push through.
But, what if you knew there was a community of women who 100% had your back? What if there was someone who had already thought of every detail, and curated a space that made you feel comfortable to quiet your mind (even if just for a moment)?
Instead of pushing through, telling everyone “I’m fine!” (when we all know you aren’t), you could be relaxing, resting, and rejuvenating your soul with a group of amazing women who get it. Who operate just like you, but who are eager for a change, a reset, to rebalance their lives and take back their energy.
That’s what I experienced during my first women’s retreat.
When I look back on that experience, I think about:
How much I’ve healed since then. I walked into that retreat stuck in my grief, and I left walking side by side with it for the first time.
The amazing group of women I had the pleasure of meeting. We still keep in touch today. Each of us was unique and saw the world in our own way, but we blended together and supported each other deeply. I’m grateful that the retreat brought us together.
The beautiful, wild natural landscapes that held us during this transformation. We spent a week in a rural retreat center, surrounded by wildlife and the peaceful sounds of a wild landscape. This was the perfect backdrop for the work we were there to do, and it gently invited us to relax and look within without fear.
How powerful our time spent setting intent before the retreat and supporting each other with integration after the retreat truly was. Having the active support of the group both before and after the retreat helped me get the most out of my time spent at the center and made the transition back to daily life that much easier. I remember sharing that after returning home, I felt like my old life was a t-shirt two sizes too small. The group provided the support I needed to integrate what I uncovered during the retreat and adjust to the way I hoped to live my life from that moment forward.
Here’s what you can expect to experience!

Your Sanctuary
Cumberland Island is Georgia’s largest and southernmost barrier island, and once you step onto its shore, it’s like the rest of the world falls away. This protected national seashore is home to wild horses, maritime forests, untouched beaches, and century-old ruins. With limited visitors and no cell service, it offers something rare: a true chance to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect. It’s not just where we’ll stay—it’s a living, breathing part of your retreat experience.
Cumberland Island National Seashore
St. Marys is a quiet coastal town near the Georgia-Florida border, and it’s the last stop before we step into the wild. We’ll meet here for our ferry ride to Cumberland Island. It’s all Southern charm and slow pace—tree-lined streets, historic homes, local cafés, cute shops, and the gentle hum of boats rocking in the harbor. It’s a soft landing place to ground yourself before the adventure begins.
St. Marys, Georgia
Why Cumberland Island?
It invites you to unplug.
No traffic, no crowds, sparse cell service—just stillness, space, and the sounds of nature. It reconnects you to the wild.
Roaming horses, ancient oaks, and untouched beaches awaken something instinctual and sacred. It holds you in transition.
As a barrier island, it’s a literal threshold—perfect for crossing into new chapters and leaving behind what no longer serves you.It slows everything down.
The island’s pace encourages presence, reflection, and deep rest—things we rarely gift ourselves. It’s not just a location, it’s part of the transformation.
Cumberland Island doesn’t just hold the retreat, it shapes it. It becomes your guide, your mirror, your medicine.
Rest, Reconnection, and Real Community Is Just One Yes Away
I want every woman who joins us on Cumberland Island to feel a full-body yes. That kind of knowing that lives in your gut, not just your head. That’s why the first step isn’t to buy—it’s to connect.

On the call, we’ll talk through your interest in the retreat, what you're craving, your questions, and all the details. You’ll leave our call knowing if this experience is right for you. No pressure, just clarity.
Don’t wait! Spots are very limited due to campsite restrictions and the intimate nature of this gathering. I’m keeping this circle small so every woman feels seen, supported, and held.
PLUS! When you take fast action and sign up before the end of June, you’ll be eligible for a special discount. I’m celebrating my birthday by giving the first five people who commit in June an exclusive discount on the retreat.

✺Frequently Asked Questions✺
-
For a barrier island, getting to Cumberland Island is relatively easy. You can fly into Savannah, Jacksonville, or Atlanta. I recommend either Savannah or Jacksonville (I’ve typically chosen Jacksonville because it’s the closest). Once we know where everyone is flying in, I’ll help coordinate rides from the airport(s). You are also welcome to rent a car (there’s free parking at the ferry dock in St. Marys provided by the NPS). Once we meet up in St. Marys, we’ll take a ferry over the island together and the same ferry on our return. From there, it’s a short walk from the ferry dock on the island to our campsite.
-
This retreat is about comfort and connection—not athletic ability. We’ll be prioritizing space for rest and relaxation, and any walking or swimming activities are strictly optional.
-
You can view some photos of the campsite on the National Park Service website, here. We will be camping in tents, but there are bathroom facilities and showers available at the campsite. All tents will be provided for you. We will remain on the island in rain, but if the weather turns dangerous, we will not stay on the island.
-
The retreat fee will cover all of your expenses while we are together. However, the fee doesn’t include your travel expenses to get to Georgia (like your flight) or your hotel (should you choose to arrive early or stay late). I’m here to support with everything else. Note: If you want to bring extra snacks or specific gear, you’ll be responsible for purchasing those items as well.
-
The final itinerary will be built with those who choose to attend next March. However, the draft itinerary above shows the relaxed pace, optional structured activities, and what you could expect to experience. Remember, the retreat is spacious by design. I want you to be able to follow what you need most.
-
Whether you’re a skeptic or consider yourself a witch, the retreat is about reconnection in whatever way feels aligned. It’s about intention, not dogma. And, remember, everything during the retreat is optional. If something doesn’t feel aligned to you, you can skip it or alter the activity to better suit your needs.
-
The retreat is intentionally designed to support both deep connection and solo reflection. Many of the attendees will be coming to the experience solo, and together we’ll cultivate a welcoming, non-judgmental environment.
-
I use an inclusive definition of women. This retreat is for all who identify as women, including trans women and nonbinary or gender-expansive people who feel called to be in a women-centered space. You don’t need to fit into any outdated or narrow definition of womanhood to belong here. If the intention of this retreat speaks to you, you are welcome.
